A changing tide alters
the conditions around you.
Growth does the same.

TidePull is about building an organization that can move with those changing conditions, without leaders constantly pushing it forward.

Less pushing. More pull.

Scrappiness and operational maturity don’t have to be opposites.

Fast-moving organizations thrive on broad ownership, quick decisions, and teams that find a way around obstacles. But as they grow, that same model can become dependent on heroics, tribal knowledge, and a handful of people holding everything together.

Mature organizations solve many of those problems, but often create new ones. Standardization becomes bureaucracy. Governance slows decisions. Processes designed to help the organization scale start getting in the way.

Neither extreme is the goal.

Keep the ownership.
Keep the adaptability.
Keep the speed.

Build the structure that lets them scale.

Founder, TidePull Strategy & Ops

I’ve worked on both sides of the scaling problem.

For 15+ years, I’ve led strategy, operations, and major cross-functional initiatives in organizations at very different stages of growth and scale. My experience spans the entire healthcare ecosystem, from providers and payers to health-tech SaaS, digital health ventures, and global technology companies.

I’ve also worked at different elevations. I’m as comfortable setting direction alongside executives as I am in the spaces where the work actually gets done. I’ve seen what fast-moving organizations get right, what mature organizations get right, and where both can go wrong.

Experience across

Amazon / Amazon Care • AWS • athenahealth • Emory Healthcare • Cambia Health Solutions / Regence Health Plans

Senior expertise. Close to the work.

TidePull is intentionally small. I lead the engagement from end to end, so the context and insight built along the way don’t get lost in handoffs.

The goal isn’t to leave behind a deck of recommendations. It’s to build something with your team that works in practice, and keeps working after the engagement ends.
